Shipping

We take pride in processing and shipping our orders in a timely manner. Ground orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after the order is placed and payment is confirmed. Express (Overnight, 2 Day, and 3 Day) orders are shipping within 1-2 business days.Most orders are shipped on the same day.

We use a combination of shipping services from FedEx and USPS, including FedEx Home Delivery, FedEx SmartPost, FedEx Standard Overnight, and USPS Priority Mail. The delivery commitment for FedEx Home Delivery is shown on the map below.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Returns Policy

  1. If you or the receiver refuses a shipment upon delivery, we will issue a refund of the purchase price of the product minus shipping charges and 20% restocking fee.
  2. Items are covered for 10 days against manufacturer defects from the delivery date. Please open and inspect the item as soon as it arrives. This includes, but is not limited to, rips, tears, holes, fans not working, and any cosmetic blemishes.
  3. There are absolutely no returns accepted after the intended holiday. If there is a possible defect, please contact us and return the merchandize as soon as possible before the holiday. Any claim must be emailed to us prior to the intended holiday.
  4. It is the customer’s judgment to inflate our products in normal weather condition, not in extreme weather conditions such as high winds, thunderstorms , or freezing conditions. Please do not inflate the product until all ice has melted. If you decide to inflate or remove ice from the inflatable by hand, you may risk ripping or tearing the product and it is not covered under any return policy. Please do not set up your inflatable under trees. Falling limbs or other objects may puncture the inflatable.
  5. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  6. In the rare event of BZB Goods. shipping an incorrect item or any manufacturer defect, BZB Goods will repair, replace, or refund the item.


You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
