1. Orders

  1. Email at Support@bzbgoods.com. 9 a.m.. to 5:30 p.m. PST, Monday - Friday. All orders submitted will receive verification from us via telephone or email. Please call us if you do not receive verification after 48 hours. Please specify required ship date. All orders are F.O.B. CA.
  2. Opening order is $500.00 minimum. Re-orders are $300.00 minimum. Orders under $300.00 will not be processed.
  3. To order, use the Order Form provided and ensure all information provided is complete and correct. If we are unable to contact you for clarifications, your order may be delayed.
  4. Changes in Order: 45-day written notice is required prior to ship date for any order changes. In the event the change order results in a reduction of the original sales order by greater than 10%, you will lose any prior negotiated discount, terms, and credit line. Custom Orders cannot be canceled if production has commenced. If Custom Orders are canceled prior to production Purchaser is liable for all costs related to production setup.
  5. Order Termination: Requests must be submitted to us in writing. We will review and approve the request only if the request is not within 60 days of the scheduled shipment date.
  6. No Transshipments: We sell only directly to selected retail outlets for resale by them only to end-users. Unless approved in advance, resale or transshipment of BZB™ Goods merchandise to an unauthorized location or to another business is expressly prohibited, violates the terms and conditions of sale and may result in cancellation of existing orders and/or termination of Purchaser’s business relationship with BZB™ Goods
  7. Delivery: Unless specifically stated by Purchaser, BZB™ Goods will use its discretion in the choice of carrier and will make all shipments freight prepaid and invoice accordingly. All sales are F.O.B. shipping point. Purchaser assumes all risk of loss upon shipment of product by BZB™ Goods to customer or carrier. BZB™ Goods is under no obligation to insure shipments unless specifically requested by the Purchaser and then only at Purchaser’s expense and valuation. BZB™ Goods will attempt to meet delivery schedules requested by Purchaser. However, all delivery indications are estimates only. In no event will BZB™ Goods assume any liability consequential or otherwise, as a result of BZB™ Goods failure to deliver product in accordance with indicated delivery schedule. BZB™ Goods reserves the right to make deliveries in installments. Delivery of part of any orders does not obligate BZB™ Goods to make further deliveries, and partial deliveries will be billed when made.
 

2. Terms

  1. We Accept - Bank Wire Transfer, Company Check.
  2. Payment Terms: The Purchaser is required to comply with the credit terms authorized by BZB™ Goods. A service charge of 1-1/2% per month, or 18% annually will be charged on all past due invoices. Each order placed by the Purchaser and accepted by BZB™ Goods shall be considered an independent transaction, and payment therefore shall be due accordingly. If BZB™ Goods in its sole discretion, is unsatisfied with the Purchaser’s financial responsibility, or determines it needs further assurance regarding the Purchaser’s financial stability BZB™ Goods may require the Purchaser to pay for its orders on a cash-in-advance basis. The Purchaser acknowledges that by signing this document he/she is providing his/her personal guarantee on the outstanding balance. If Purchaser is in default under any agreement with BZB™ Goods, or fails to comply with any written rule or policy of BZB™ Goods, BZB™ Goods shall have the right, without prejudice to any other legal remedy, of canceling all outstanding orders. Balances 60 days past due are subject to payment via credit card on file without prior notice. NSF checks are subject to a $50.00 charge.
  3. Pro Forma – Shipping charges will be 18% of gross sales amount. Does not include extra service fees that may be required that may include, but are not limited to, forklift, inside service, lift gate, etc. Please call for a shipping quote if you believe any extra services will be required.
 

3. Shortages and Damages

  1. Damages: All claims for lost or damaged shipments must be made directly to the delivering carrier. All damage claims must be reported to BZB™ Goods within 10 days of receipt in writing or by email. All damage claims must be filed within 15 days of receipt.
  2. Return Policy: A request for return authorization must be made in advance in compliance with BZB Goods’s™ Return Authorization Policy which follows. Request for returns may only be submitted for shipments received within 10 days. Upon Authorization of return, a Return Authorization Label(s) is issued to the customer, which must be affixed to the outside of the carton. Returns not carrying Return Authorization Label(s) will be refused delivery by BZB™ Goods and returned to the customer. Return freight must be prepaid by the customer. Collect shipments will not be accepted. Defective merchandise returns will be credited to the customer at full value. First quality returns will be credited to the customer’s account at full value, less a 20% restocking charge/return freight at customer expense. Shipments refused by the customer will be credited at full value if shipment error is by BZB™ Goods and not the result of the common carrier. Shipments refused for reasons not attributable to BZB™ Goods will be credited at full value less 20% restocking charge and less return freight.
  3. Limitation of Liability: BZB™ GOODS ASSUMES NO LIABILITY EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND IN NO EVENT WILL BZB™ GOODS BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHETHER ARISING IN CONTRACT, IN TORT, UNDER WARRANTY OR OTHERWISE. Design Changes: BZB™ Goods reserves the right to discontinue product lines and to make changes in product offerings at any time.
 

4. General

  1. Prices and other terms and conditions are subject to change by BZB™ Goods without prior written notice. No addition to, deletions from, or modifications of any of the provisions herein shall be binding upon BZB™ Goods unless made in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of BZB™ Goods, the terms and conditions herein being final, complete and exclusive statement of the terms of agreement between BZB™ Goods and Purchaser.
 

5. Warranty

Thank you for your purchase from BZB™ Goods. Although we hope that our product has reached you in perfect working order, we know it’s sometimes necessary to exchange or return an item. That is almost always the fastest way to resolve a product performance problem.

If you’re unable to return your item or secure an exchange from the retailer at which it was purchased, BZB™ Goods offers a 30-day limited warranty on most products*. This warranty is only offered to the original purchaser for products purchased directly from an authorized retailer or wholesaler of BZB™ Goods products.

We value our relationship with you and we are happy to repair your defective item or replace it with an item that is equal to the purchase price of the item as long as you are able to meet the below requirements. If you are able to meet these requirements please contact us by e-mail so that we may assist you.

Return Requirements: 

      -  Item was purchased within the last 30 days.
      -  Item was purchased during its intended season.
      -  Proof of purchase to be provided.
      -  Item is in its original packaging.
 

*Please note, warranty is not extended to items that are purchased from seasonal stores as they generally sell items with an "all sales final" policy. Warranty is also not extended to close-out, second quality, or resold products (i.e. garage sales, online auctions, or online retailers not purchasing directly from BZB™ Goods). Any issues with items purchased from these types of vendors/sellers will need to be addressed with them.
